04Data Usage & AI Training
"At Spectra AI, we believe your data belongs to you. We do not use private user conversations to train our foundational models without explicit, opt-in consent."
Opt-In Training: Users may choose to contribute their anonymized conversation history to help improve the model's accuracy. This can be toggled in Settings at any time.
Enterprise Data: For Enterprise tier users, data is strictly isolated and never leaves the dedicated secure environment.
05Intellectual Property
As between you and Spectra AI, you own all input that you provide to the services. Subject to your compliance with these terms, Spectra AI hereby assigns to you all its right, title and interest in and to output generated and returned by the services.
You are free to use generated content for commercial purposes.
06Limitation of Liability
SPECTRA AI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
The AI platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
